ART & BEER
BAR & RESTAURANT - KM 69
Makes a perfect first or last stop on a trip to the Pacific. Local fresh raw seafood snacks and world class 24 ounce drinks! Live music every full moon and is always interesting. The owners, Alfredo and his wife Lourdes are fascinating and eccentric people. Cabo Noche’s editor, Anastasia Grahn recommends the Clamato and beer, full of fresh seafood of the day and wasabi (pictured above). Or try “Chocolate Clams”. If Alfredo likes you, he’ll depart you with a free beer to go. Every day from sunrise to midnight or later. Discover Art & Beer about six miles before Pescadero from Cabo, on the ocean side of the highway. Look for the signs and see MAP.
LOS CERRITOS BEACH
PESCADERO - KM 65
Pescadero and Los Cerritos Beach became infamous in the 1970’s when a campground on the Los Cerritos Beach became one of the limited venues to provide power, water, and bathrooms to its visitors. These amenities and the great surf established a charmed counter culture, which still exists today. Though the campground is no longer there, Cerritos is still one of the only beaches in the area to offer friendly family swimming, plus fishing, snorkeling, body boarding, hiking and more.
The newest attraction to this beach is the Los Cerritos Beach Club. Enjoy on the beach seating, tasty food, cervezas, live music and much more. Keep your eyes open for the turnoff around Kilometer 66.5. See MAP or call 624 129 6315 for directions.
SANDBAR
BAR & RESTAURANT - KM 63
Pescadero’s “Gringo” bar, good any night that the lights are on. Gabe may be Baja’s best “no thrills” bartender, serving solid (and potent) drinks. Tuesdays are open mic nights and feature Flashback, a great local band. All you can eat pizza on Wednesdays is worth every penny and the rest of the week is two for one drinks from the time Gabe gets there, till sunset. Located in Pescadero on the main drag. See MAP for directions or call 612 130 3209.
HACIENDA DE TODOS SANTOS
HOTEL - TODOS SANTOS
For those looking to stay over night or even longer, you should really check out this gem, just off the beaten path. You might be the only ones staying there, then again that may be the reason it has been rumored that celebrities have stayed there. Some even say this hotel was the idea behind a hightly classic rock album. What do you think?

Walking into this hotel is like traveling back in time. Porches with rocking chairs, sculptures, wrought iron gates overgrown with ivy. The rooms are fantastic, cozy and extremely private; with beautiful antique furniture, domed roofs and breakfast service. The courtyard pool is also memorable, centered amongst beautiful brickwork, gardens and at night, the stars are close enough to touch.
The Hacienda is a great hotel to buy-out for a group or family fiesta, such as a wedding, bachelor or bachelorette party, a private getaway and more. For directions and reservations, call 612 145 0193 or email haciendaints@msn.com.
