Monks from the Gashar Tawon Khang Tsen Monastery have arrived to Mexico to begin the activities of the 10th World Peace Tour. This tour is presented by the Religion and Culture Bureau of the Central Administration of H.H. the Dalai Lama and the international coordination of INKARRI Multicultural Association.

As part of this tour five Tibetan Monks will visit Cabos from June 7 until the 21st. The Monks will offer various Buddhist ceremonies, blessings, conferences and chanting and dance presentations. The main goal of this tour is to promote World Peace. Through their work the monks also help those who attend the different events in finding ways to achieve inner peace. This tour promotes the meeting of cultures that appear to be completely different, such as our Mexican and American cultures, with ancestral Tibetan Buddhist traditions so that we can all understand that regardless of our social, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual differences we all share the same essence and we can all work together to promote inner peace and most importantly world peace.
