THE VENUE:

El Squid Roe is getting pimped for this year's Cabo Pimp N' Ho! For the first time in its 20-year history, the venue will be completely closed to the public to host the 11th Annual Cabo Pimp N' Ho Ball on October 24th, 2009. Forget the El Squid Roe you know and love; event producers are transforming Squid into the hottest, most pimpin' party of the year, which will be unlike any other!

11 YEARS&COUNTING:

On October 24th, 2009, cast your inhibitions aside and party into the wee hours of the morning at the 11th edition of the Annual Cabo Pimp N' Ho Ball! Sexy, costumed revelers will drink, dance and get ridiculous until 6 am, taking advantage of the extra hour from Daylight Savings Time.

Each year, the Pimp N' Ho ball gets bigger and better than the last year. Eleven years ago, the first-ever Cabo Pimp N' Ho ball was held at Pazzo's Pizza (now Desperados) in downtown Cabo. A mere 300 people turned out for the fledgling event. By the next year, the event was sold out, and locals began marking the beginning of Cabo's high season by the date of the Cabo Pimp N' Ho ball. By 2002, there were too many guests and staff was overwhelmed, so the venues kept getting bigger... and soon enough, promoters realized that they'd created an unstoppable phenomenon!

What started as a fun idea quickly became one of the biggest and most important weekends to visit Los Cabos, with A-listers, jet-setters and celebrities flying in from all over the globe. Motorcross icon Carey Hart, the Bunny Ranch girls, Playmates, models, Puff Daddy, Peter Safran, Crissty Hemme, Leticia Cline, SoCal Val, Pat Burrell and more have turned out over the past few years to celebrate with us.

This year, the event will once again be 100% sold out, with 2,000 attendees throning to El Squid Roe for the 11th Annual Cabo Pimp N' Ho Costume Ball.
