Prepared daily you will find meal plans ranging from our Signature plan (ideal also for diabetics), Vegetarian plan, and Choice plan.

You will receive your breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a snack daily each day in your freshness cooler. It’s as easy as reheating your meals and begin to feel the benefits of healthy eating. We take the guesswork out of how to eat and also the laborious task of shopping and preparing your meals.

Eat Healthy Meals also provides delivery service in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose.
