About DOC Wine Bars

Don't let the “wine bar” part of their name fool you... Yes, DOC does specializes in wine, featuring over 180 different Italian and Mexican wines. However, DOC is one of Cabo's most authentic Italian restaurants too. Doc's cuisine is true Italian tradition, which is immediately apparent when viewing their menu that constantly changes. Owners Pietro Gioco and Executive Chef Emanuele Olivero (originally from Italy) brought the best of their cuisine to Cabo and are always present at DOC to take care of their clients.

Emanuele hand-selects nearly all of its regional ingredients used at DOC, guaranteeing their freshness, which are supplied by local providers and farms. DOC is proud not to use any frozen ingredients and pride themselves on buying their fresh goods every day, in order to produce the freshest meal possible.

Some of DOC's most flavorful and most popular dishes include: Spaghetti DOC, Tagliere Misto, Capesante, Crostoni and many others.
